These Terms & Conditions govern your use of creatine.cy and any purchases made through our website. By placing an order, you agree to these terms. Our store is operated by A.N Revs Hospitality Services Ltd, based in Limassol, Cyprus.

1. Products

We sell bulk creatine monohydrate supplements (500g and 1kg bags). All product descriptions, images, and nutritional information are provided as accurately as possible. We reserve the right to update product information at any time. Colours and appearance may vary slightly from images shown on screen.

2. Pricing & Payment

• All prices are listed in EUR (€) and include VAT where applicable
• Payments are processed securely by Viva Wallet (viva.com)
• Accepted payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal
• Your payment card details are never stored on our servers
• We reserve the right to change prices at any time; orders already placed will not be affected

3. Shipping & Delivery

• Delivery area: Cyprus (nationwide)
• Shipping cost: €3.50 flat rate. Free shipping on orders over €30
• Delivery method: Cyprus Post or private courier
• Estimated delivery time: 2–5 business days within Cyprus
• Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by the postal service or courier

4. Right of Withdrawal & Returns

In accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU), you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason.

To be eligible for a return:

• The product must be unopened and sealed in its original packaging
• You must notify us within 14 days of delivery by emailing info@creatine.cy
• You are responsible for the cost of returning the product
• Opened or used products cannot be returned for hygiene and food safety reasons

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your refund to the original payment method via Viva Wallet within 14 days. We will notify you by email once the refund has been issued. Please allow a few additional business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank.

6. Defective or Incorrect Products

If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please contact us immediately at info@creatine.cy. We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including any return shipping costs.

7. Supplement Disclaimer

Our products are food supplements and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. They should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. If you have any medical conditions or are taking medication, consult your doctor before using any supplement. Keep out of reach of children. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, A.N Revs Hospitality Services Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or website. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant order.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on creatine.cy — including text, graphics, logos, and images — is the property of A.N Revs Hospitality Services Ltd and is protected by copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our written permission.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Cyprus.
